Courier Delivery Instructions: When placing your order, please ensure that you provide an accurate delivery address and a contact phone number. The courier will reach out to confirm a convenient delivery time.

Upon Receiving Your Order: Before signing the delivery note, please inspect the outer packaging of your item with the courier present. If any visible damage to the packaging or product is found, you are entitled to accept the delivery and immediately notify us of the issue. This allows us to replace the damaged product as soon as possible through our exchange form.

Delivery Location: For courier delivery, packages are delivered to the front door of the building. Please arrange to move the items into your premises as needed.

• For packages over 30 kg: Fixed price of €50.00.
